However in reality there may be times where people are tempted to bend the rules, pad their Timesheets a bit or even make honest mistakes. All of this innaccuracy can mean that you are paying them for hours they have not worked.

Hours and Pay believe that the best strategy for getting honest and accurate hours is to simply remove the possiblity of cheating. An online computerised system is not cheatable and will always give accurate time keeping - down to the minute and the second.

Holidays and Bank Holidays

As standard the Hours and Pay Clocking System comes with annual leave and bank holidays built in. Employees are able to book their own holiday time off. As standard, the system will only allow one person to take an annual leave day at a time. This creates a simple and fair first come first served system. It also ensures you are not going to be caught short of employees. If you have special requirements in this aspect we will do our best to accomodate your needs.

One Click Monthly Hours

With Hours and Pay, calculating the total hours worked for each employee is as simple as pressing one button in the administration section. You will then be given a clear readout of the total hours worked since the last payday. As standard the system is set up for monthly pay. The system can also work out the gross pay for you, meaning you can plug it straight into your PAYE system without having to touch the calculator.
