User Editable

As standard, the Hours-and-Pay.co.uk Clocking System will allow your employees to edit their Clocking. The only reason they should ever have to do this is if they forget to clock back on or off after taking a break for example. This does happen occasionally and if they have to ask you to edit their times for them, you will probably get sick of it quite quickly. So we decided to build a system that allowed the employee to edit their own Clocking. As a safeguard though, the system will send you an email every time a Clocking edit is made. The email contains the old Clocking information and the new information that the employee has entered. The system also forces the employee to put a reason for the edit. This effectively prevents any misuse of this system. If you prefer though, the user editing can be disabled.

Holiday Admin

As standard, the Hours-and-Pay.co.uk Clocking System features an employee controlled annual leave system. It only allows them to take the days that they are entitled to and also prevents more than one employee taking a particular day as paid holiday. This means that with almost no effort from yourself, you can rest assured that the annual leave is being organised and also that you are not going to be caught short with more than one employee away at any one time. Of course this can all be configured differently for you if that is what you prefer.
